What Happened to the Real Muscle Cars?

Have you ever owned a real muscle car? No, not a Mustang or a Camaro, a real muscle car with a huge displacement engine. The kind that has the most extreme and ground-pounding force to blow your doors off. A real muscle car is simply more rude, loud, and harsh than the average car.

Real muscle cars are the “big machines” on the block. Press the gas petal and you’ve accelerated to a high speed.  It’s the country’s fastest and wildest automobile. During the muscle car heyday, gas was cheap, the economy was strong, and people drove upscale cars. Today, we can at least reminisce over what it meant to be a real muscle car.
