In an effort to make their fleet of vehicles a little greener, telecommunication company Verizon has ordered 576 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Two-Mode Hybrid pickups.
And when it comes to that city EPA rating, the Silverado Hybrid—with its V8, remember—doesn’t only top the best of the full-size pickups, but it also out performs V6 models of cars like the Ford Fusion, Honda Accord and Toyota Camry.
