Nissan Sells Out Of Orders For The Leaf EV

Nissan Leaf Electric Vehicle imageAfter just a few weeks, Nissan has already received 13,000 orders for the all-electric Leaf, which accounts for the entire U.S. allotment of the all-new EV. Deliveries of the Leaf will begin in December.

“We think there is a big future for this car. I can already tell you that the production for 2010 is already sold out,” Ghosn said today during a luncheon held by the Detroit Economic Club at Cobo Center.
