General Motors has recommitted itself to building the best cars on the market. But these days, building quality cars isn’t enough to sway car buyers. The service experience also has to be top notch. With GM’s new Certified Service strategy, the automaker hopes to provide a broad range of services to customers at competitive prices.
“Certified Service brings together many of the necessary elements for creating positive, long-lasting relationships with our customers,” said Steve Hill, GM North America vice president for Customer Care and Aftersales. “It’s more than a name change—it’s a commitment from the highest levels of this company to provide superior treatment, convenience and value during every service visit.”
