Ford Makes Big Gains In Customer Retention

2011 Ford Edge imageEach year, the J.D. Power and Associates reveals which automakers are the best at retaining their customers when it’s time to buy a new car. This year Ford moved up in the rankings to top the list with Honda. According to Ford, this honor is due to higher quality products that are still fun to drive.

“I believe this is the first time Ford has led the industry on this study,” said Raffi Festekjian, director of automotive product research at J.D. Power. “Ford certainly has models resonating with consumers.”
