Ford is embracing the Internet and applications in ways that other automakers have only dreamed of. As far as Ford is concerned, the car a simply a mobile technology platform, and this philosophy is believed to make future on-board technology work better while drivers and passengers are on the go.
Ford’s SYNC is already a sought over feature for its ability to connect to smart phones and deliver important information such as traffic alerts, vehicle status, and news updates. But soon, it will also be compatible with popular Internet applications, such as the Pandora music service.
