Chevy Volt Gets Crowned ‘Car Of The Year’

2011 Chevrolet VoltThe Chevrolet Volt has beat out the Hyundai Sonata and the Nissan leaf to earn the title of the 2011 Car of the Year. Richmond, VA used Hyundai dealer said this coveted award is given based on various factors including innovation, design, safety, handling, driver satisfaction and value for the dollar.

“The Volt seamlessly bridges the gulf between today’s liquid fueling infrastructure and the plugged-in electric future,” commented juror Lindsay Brooke of Automotive Engineering International.
