Trailing only to Porsche, Acura came out strong in the latest Initial Quality Study by J.D. Power and Associates. Acura Connecticut and Washington DC Acura said the results show that Acura has made great strides when it comes to overall customer satisfaction.
“Acura has listened to its customers and has responded with significant changes to improve overall quality,” said Jeff Conrad, vice president of Acura sales. “We are proud to have moved up 12 positions, thus making Acura a leading luxury brand in overall IQS standings.”
